A quick update on the recent Cloudflare outage which affected a large number of sites including this one. We use Cloudflare to help protect our web based infrastructure against a range of security threats. That includes this web site and some API services.
It does not include any Cardano blockchain services which are used to run the stake pools. Our web services stack is isolated and protected by layered security controls. If the website is unavailable it does not affect our ability to operate. Block production and synchronisation continues across the Ouroboros peer to peer protocol which is fully decentralised.
So while any downtime is not ideal, given we provide information on the stake pools via the website, you can rest assured that it will not affect the security of the ADAvault systems or rewards received.
