Cardano Node 10.5.4

All ADAvault nodes and relays have been upgraded to Cardano Node 10.5.4 across primary and disaster recovery sites.

This release focuses on networking layer enhancements to improve node resilience, including maximum reconnection attempt limits in the outbound governor, reduced chain-sync termination timeout for faster failure detection, and fixes to the outbound governor bootstrap action.

As with all node releases, we soak test new versions in our pre-production environment before rolling out to production infrastructure.
