Governance Voting Display and What's Next

8 February 2026
governance Voltaire wallet features

We’ve added governance voting information to all pool pages. You can now see exactly how each ADAvault pool has voted on Cardano governance actions.

Governance Votes on Pool Pages

Each pool page now includes a Governance Votes section showing our recent voting activity. Click “View Details” to see the full voting record including:

  • Action type - Hard Fork, Treasury, Parameters, Info, etc.
  • Our vote - Yes, No, or Abstain
  • Links to details - View the full governance action and transaction on AdaStat

We believe transparency in governance is essential. As stake pool operators, we have voting power in Cardano’s on-chain governance system, and our delegators deserve to know how we’re using it.

Recent Votes

This week we voted Yes on two significant governance actions:

van Rossem Hard Fork Naming - An INFO action naming the upcoming Protocol v11 hard fork after Max van Rossem, recognizing his contributions to the Cardano ecosystem and the Hard Fork Working Group.

Protocol v11 Hard Fork - The actual hard fork initiation, bringing Plutus improvements (unified built-in functions, native arrays, optimized multi-asset operations) and security enhancements (VRF key uniqueness, improved reference input validation).

Both votes were cast across all four ADAvault pools.

What’s Next

With wallet integration and governance display now live, we’re turning our attention to:

  • Rewards notifications - Get alerted when your staking rewards arrive
  • Delegation history - Track your staking journey over time
  • Pool comparison tools - Make informed decisions when choosing where to stake

We’re also monitoring the Koios API for CORS improvements that would allow direct browser queries for certain data.

Technical Note

The governance data is fetched from our API which aggregates on-chain voting records. The display updates automatically as new votes are cast. Links point to AdaStat for detailed governance action information and transaction verification.
